Tinderbox
It ain't about to blow, but you couldn't find a more fitting name for a small box containing steel, cork, and wood—the restaurant's finishing details, which happen to make perfect kinling. Tinderbox turns out some pretty respectable dishes, even if some look and taste like a Top Check Quick-Fire Challenge—more Dale than Hung. Overall, a great addition to the neighborhood.
Those are actually enormous Cinnamon Clorets.
